Chief Executive Officer

John is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in mining, energy, and industrial ventures. From 2013 to 2021, he helped build a vertically integrated silicon metal operation in North America, gaining extensive expertise in quartz and advanced materials markets.

Before that, John co-founded VERDEX Energy Solutions and Regent Power & Compression, serving energy and infrastructure sectors. He began his career in finance with National Bank and Canaccord.

President

Joseph brings over 25 years of experience in law, asset management, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded and led Qtrade, Canada’s top-ranked online brokerage, guiding its successful sale to Desjardins in 2013.

He also served as a Special Situations investment partner at Centricus, focusing on complex, cross-border deals. Earlier in his career, Joseph practiced structured finance law with Clifford Chance.

EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Kerry has over 25 years of experience as an investment banker and CFO, specialising in energy, natural resources, and critical minerals. He is the founder of RSA, a boutique advisory firm, and previously served as CFO at Puraglobe, a recycler and refiner of automotive and industrial lubricants, where he played a key role in the company’s growth and financing.

He also led the Metals & Materials team at Stifel for 12 years, financing and advising global mining and materials companies. Earlier in his career, Kerry advised energy and natural resources clients at FBR Capital Markets, Rothschild, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers.

VP Project Development​

Mike Allen is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in Western Canadian mining. A BC-registered engineer, he has deep expertise in mine start-up, permitting, consulting, and operations.

He is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and currently serves on the board of the Western Canadian Coal Society. Mike has played key roles in advancing multiple projects from early-stage studies through to production, bringing both technical and operational leadership.

VP Finance & Strategy

Before serving in the US Navy, Andrew worked as an investment banker at William Blair, focusing on M&A and capital raising in the industrial and technology sectors.

He is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded and sold a healthy fast-casual restaurant concept. Andrew began his career with IBM Global Business Services.

Director

Jonathan is a co-founder of Stope Capital Advisors, a merchant bank focused on the resource and agriculture sectors. In addition to over 35 years of investment banking experience, he is President of Samepage Digital, a healthcare-technology business.

Jonathan served as non-executive Chairman of Anaconda Mining from 2017 to 2023, following Anaconda’s acquisition of Orex Exploration, where he was Chairman and CEO.

Director

Robert is the co-founder and former President of Rail-Term Inc., a rail services company acquired by Siemens Mobility in 2021.

He has been an entrepreneur in Canada for over 30 years and co-founded an investment group focused on the transportation industry, developing businesses across airport real estate, trucking terminals, and rail operations. He remains active in Canadian community and disability-related causes.

Strategic Advisor

Peter is an industry veteran with more than 40+ years of experience developing advanced semiconductor and wireless technologies. He currently serves as CEO of Ubilite, a company developing ultra-low-power Wi-Fi solutions for next-generation IoT devices. Previously, he was CTO of the Mobile and Wireless Infrastructure Business Unit at GlobalFoundries, and earlier served as CTO of Skyworks Solutions and SiGe Semiconductor.

Peter began his career as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs and holds more than 200 patents. He holds a PhD in Physics from Cornell and a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Michigan State.
